Cost
Courses charged at £10 per 1 hr in person session or £7 for a zoom session .
Payable in advance of the complete course, (no refunds will be given for missed classes).

Rachel specialises in the older client and is qualified to teach those suffering from osteoporosis.
Courses
Pilates exercise programmes will introduce the Body Control Pilates method and the fundamentals of Pilates – the ABC’s of Alignment, Breathing and Centring, other elements of this mind/body fitness experience and how it can help you reach your goals and help me design programs to suit. These courses will be for small groups so that I can give more attention to each and every client.

Held weekly in term time, daytime and early evening
£10 per hr (payable termly in advance)
N.B. no refund will be given for missed classes although if you ask you may be able to attend a suitable class on an alternative day.
