Hello, my name is Rachel and I offer mat based PILATES classes in Linton (near Cambridge) and surrounding villages, both in the day time and early evening.
I am an Active IQ Level 3 Body Control Pilates qualified instructor with full insurance and a valid CPR first aid certification. I am also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) and The Body Control Pilates Association (BCPA) and I am bound by their respective Codes of Practice.
